32 ounce crowler, filled 8/10/18 at the brewery, best by date of 8/14 written on the label. Served in a Combustion Brewing pint glass, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head that stuck around for a while. There's also a good amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells like milk chocolate, mint, and some roasted malt. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some burnt/charred flavors noticeable too. It kinda tastes like a Andes chocolate mint, but with some roast/char noticeable too. Nice mix of sweet, minty and roasty flavors, none of which are overpowering. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit creamy and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good overall stout, hopefully Combustion will keep this one around a while!
