I am trying this beer off the tapper at the Clintonville, Ohio location as part of a six sample flight. The scent had nice pine notes with subtle citrus flare. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with semi sweet malt base with pine resin and bitter citrus presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

32 ounce crowler, filled at the taproom yesterday (4/18) with a best by date of 4/19 written on the label. Served in a Combustion Brewing snifter, the beer pours a mostly clear reddish/amber color with about an inch or so off-white head that stuck around for a long time. There's also a lot of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like piney hops, caramel/bready malt and a bit of stone fruit. I think the taste is pretty much like the aroma with mostly piney hop and caramel/bready malt flavors, and some oranges and stone fruit. Nice amount of bitterness in the finish. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it's creamy and coating with a good amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good brew, not my first time drinking it but never gave it a proper review before. Definitely worth trying if you're ever at the taproom, the oaked version of this is good too.
