From the 16 oz can in a snifter via Bluejacket74---CHEERS Dude, and thanks!
This solid little fest pours a chill hazed amber with a nice head of white foam
that subsides to a thick ring, thin dusty layer, and shows some nice lacing.
Nose of herbal hops, breaded malts, toasted malts, and caramel. Flavors
follow the nose nicely with breaded malts, spicy and herbal hop notes, caramel,
and subtle orchard fruit touches of peaches. Nice mouth feel; medium light body,
medium light carbonation giving some nice lift, and a subtly dry finish.
Overall, more excellence from a great little brewery!
Cheers

16 ounce can, canning date of 8/31/21. Can label says 5.1% ABV but their current taproom listing says it's 5.3%. Served in a dimpled mug, the beer pours a somewhat clear orange/amber color with about an inch or so off-white head that stuck around a while. There's also a lot of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like floral/spicy hops and toasted malt. I think the taste is pretty much like the aroma, but with the addition of some earthy hop and bready malt flavors. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's easy to drink with a good amount of carbonation. Would be easy to have a few of these at a time! Not the first time I've had this Märzen, surprised that I haven't rated it on here before. Certainly worth picking up if you're ever at Combustion.
