Pours an almost clear, dark golden amber coloration with a medium, foamy head. Lovely aroma of sweet, juicy raspberries smoked malts and spicy habanero peppers. Taste is a perfect balance of sweet and slightly tart, fresh raspberries, smoked malts reminiscent of burned oak and quite spicy habanero peppers. Finishes with a tart sweetness and a real blast of spicy habanero peppers that linger on the tongue long past the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a light/medium body and medium carbonation.
While this might be too hot for some, I think that it has an absolutely perfect balance of raspberry, smokiness and chili going on that all work together incredibly well. Absolutely loving this, fantastic stuff if you can appreciate the heat.
