2022 release with Guatemala and Peru cocoa nibs.
Same aspect as previous versions, but this one has a strange smell, like fermented coffee and nibs, not an easy one...
Intense taste, with bitter-salty notes, then dark chocolate and again some fermented flavours, earthly and heavy. Dry-acid chocolate aftertaste.
Interesting, but I prefer the other versions.
