Picked this up having no idea what it was but out of wanting to try a new brewery. I'm glad I did! This wild ale packs a sour punch despite being made up of lighter flavors on the palate. The peach, slight brett, and oak all come together nicely to a tart finish.

Pale hazy orange with a compact layer of foam that audibly sizzles away, leaving little lace behind.
Aroma is fruit forward, floral peach pits and flesh with a pleasant natural softness.
Taste is acidic, tart peach juice and peripheral Brett funk, light oak in the aftertaste as it warms, lending some complexity.
Light to medium bodied with a light carb level. Lightly sour but pretty drinkable, overall it's nice stuff. Ratings seem hypey.

Sampled on 9-16-17 from a quite unassiming 12 oz. bottle. Pours a deeper amber. Smells very peachy with some funk mingled in. Taste is where this beer really turned on the afterburners. The peach is the most authentic I've ever tasted, but blends so well with a slightly taste and mild acidic finish. Well done. Will be seeking out more from this brewery, possibly even making a trip to the brewery

Pours a cloudy maize color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Slight retention and poor lacing. Smells of strong bacterial funk, yeast, wine, and slight alcohol. Fits the style of an American Wild Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level and strong tartness. Tastes of strong bacterial funk, yeast, peaches, earthiness, slight sweet malt, wine, and slight alcohol. Overall, weak appearance, but good aroma and better body.
