Clear dark brown appearance with no head. Smell is sour caramel, plum, date, black currant, a touch of vinegar, sherry, chocolate, oak and lacto. Taste is very sour, with the sherry barrel giving definition to the aftertaste especially. Little cola, brown sugar, tobacco, and lime in taste added to flavors detected in smell. Sweeter but more sour than anything, slightly acidic. Very smooth and cool, but a sipper due to sherry booze and sourness.
