A very dark magenta body that is only clear on the edges, no head. Aromas of sour cherry, apple cider vinegar, oak, brown sugar, slight barnyard funk, blackberries, red wine, and plum. Tons of tart cherry, sour oak, cherry pie filling, apple cider vinegar, blackberry, raspberry, slight cola, grape, and I actually get some of the bourbon barrel with the wine barrel. Really complex, tart, sour, and rich. Little thin here and there, but not a detriment, flavors linger for a long time. Let this one warm fully!

500ml bottle. Poured out a dark mahogany color with a very, small off-white head of foam. It smelled of cherries, berries and red wine. Very sour with lots of fruitiness. Some oak and red wine taste.
