Half at Hopcat. Hazy yellow golden, small soft head. Aroma is sweet, honey, floral, lemon. Taste is more of the honey sweetness, light wheat notes. Nice consistency. Creamy.

possibly my favorite of the four beers i had in here. the honey in this is really forward, sort of raw and waxy and floral and citric, i can almost taste its origins as much as the honey itself, and its cool because the beer is dry, wheaty, and fuller bodied for something this easy drinking, but its never sugary despite the prominence of the honey, which i just think is so cool. some hops here too, i think they said cascade and it has that vegetal zesty spice character to it, a little bitter at the end, but this is not at all a hop driven beer. the wheat tastes pale and fresh, nice round body, bready and cerealy, soft and mild, with the honey just clinging to all of its mass, bright and summery, really honest taste, sort of minimalist and old school, but so good. nice carbonation too, and lingering honey on the finish with just a little bit of the cascade hops. this is a great recipe and a really well made beer overall. i could drinking an infinite number of these, very nicely done for such a new brewery, great use of honey!
