Hawaiian Sophie pours a hazy, golden color with a small head. The aroma is big and sweet, with notes of pineapple. The flavor is sweeter, with lots of fresh, real pineapple flavors. Good feel. Overall, a big fruit pale.

On tap. White head with lace. Hazy straw yellow.
Light and easy drinking beer. Pineapple isn’t dominating or overpowering. Some citrus fruit. Basic, but a decent summer beer.
