A - Pours out very pretty, with a solid black body with brown highlights, dark tan head, and extensive lacing with a thin cap.
S - There is a strong char note over a chocolate and coffee base, vanilla sweetness, and a vegetal aspect that trails off. It is not particularly off-putting, but also not entirely welcoming.
T - Opens with chocolate and coffee, milkshake malt aspect, and a cappuccino lushness comes in through the finish, but there is a metallic note that hums along as a note throughout, and a bit of the green vegetal from the nose does linger in the close.
M - Moderate weight, pretty light for the ABV, drinkable, with a fairly integrated alcohol warmth.
O - Interesting BBA stout, but it fails to fully hang together. The result is close to something impressive, but with off-notes that detract and make this a pretty but not consistently satisfying pour.

Barrel Aged Bamf’d Kingfield pours black with a long-lasting, tan, lacing head. The aroma has notes of cold-press coffee and sweet cream. The flavor has subtle notes of oak and cold-press coffee, with lots of sweet cream. Good feel. Overall, it is a sweeter, sneaky coffee stout.
