16 oz can canned 6/17/25 into a Becker glass.
L: Pours a clear med-dark amber color with a sudsy 1/4" slightly off white head that recedes to skin, steady carbo, essentially no lacing.
S: Lightly spicy hops, caramelized malts.
T: Gently bitter hop notes, a touch of sweet bread, caramel malts, a distant grape note, very light candy sweetness, light grapefruit zest, it is fairly pale with a slight linger and aftertaste of malts in the palate throughout the finish.
F: Lightly brisk then lightly juicy with a standard medium-fast lightly drying finish.
O: A very nicely balanced and good tasting Pale Ale and it is indeed crushable. Easy drinking and borders on being a Session Ale. Soft hops and a delicate bread note make it excellent in its style.
