Appearance: Pours a completely clear, light golden cololr with a strong white head. SRM of 6. (4.00)
Aroma: Aromas of smooth bread malts, honey, light toasted notes. (4.00)
Flavor: Flavor follows with more smooth bread, sweet honey, somewhat toasted and hints of caramel. (4.25)
Feel: Medium body, appropriate carbonation. Leans slightly sweet. (3.75)
Compared to Modist The Time Is Nigh 9/25: Pours similar, milder head. Stronger aromas. More smooth honey. Less earthy notes. More flavor here.
Compared to Talking Waters Festbier 9/25: Pours lighter. Milder aromas. More light malt. Less sweet honey.
Compared to Surly Oktoberfest 11/25: Pours lighter, milder aromas. More pale and cracker malts. Less sweet honey. Similar floral notes. Drier.

Draft at Headflyer. Poured a clear, golden hue with a small, off-white head of foam. It left thin lacing. It smelled of toffee, bready malt and floral notes. Sweet toasted bread taste with toffee and a mild bitterness.
