"Haze it" IPA

This beer pours a somewhat hazy very rich amber with a moderate head. The aroma is fairly muted, with notes of marmalde, black tea, resin, and orange peel. The flavor is week and tea like up front, with notes of dried orange peel, grass, and a dirty bitter finish. The mouthfeel is quite light, especially the rather watery middle. Overall this is not a good beer - the aroma is muted, the flavor rather dull, with a bitter finish, which is great, but if this is meant to be hazy it really misses the NEIPA mark. Even judged as a classic IPA, it lacks vibrancy, depth, balance, or power. I really don't like giving negative reviews, but this just is not well done.
