This beer pours a clear golden brown with an average head. The aroma hit with a vague green apple sourness, followed immediately by raw dough and perfume. The flavor starts with a very mild lemon and green apple sourness, which quickly dissipated to a dilute apple juice flavor, and finishes with a distinct uncooked dough flavor. The mouthfeel is very light with soda like carbonation. Overall not a very nice beer - the level of sourness is good, but the rest of the beer is awfully absent, and the raw dough, bakers yeast aroma and flavor is just off putting here.
