This beer pours a clear pale gold with a solid head. The aroma is bright and fresh raspberry soda, with little malt. The flavor is crisp and sour, with a lot of acific raspberry and lemon flavor, rather like a raspberry lemonade. The mouthfeel is quite light and fizzy upfront, with a slightly sticky finish. Overall the flavor is relatively simple here, but very pleasant.
