A: The beer is relatively clear dark brownish amber in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and a thin film of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sour peaches are present in the nose along with hints of vinegar.
T: The taste is sour with some vinegar-like acidity and has notes of peaches, pears and cherries.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. There is a bit of tartness in the mouthfeel.
O: I found this sour ale to be quite interesting and particularly enjoyed the diversity of the different fruits.
