Copenhagen 16/4 2021. 50 cl bottle from Kihoskh, Sdr. Boulevard, Kbh. V. VonSeitz usual design with the little measuring flask (very scientific) on a scroll-like label and a blue cap.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - brown-ish amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 0,5 m thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a light fruity, floral sweetness mingling with strong citric sour sents. Peach and roses. Citrus and unripe berries. Acerbic.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is tart and sour. Sweeter undertone. A bit thin. Finish is dry like white wine.
Not unlike a Lambic with its dry tart, acerbic sourness. Nice but a bit thin in the aftertaste.
