This beer pours a bright brown color with a thin head, which is basically just a thin layer of white foam on the side of the glass.

Smell is sweet and a little mash-like. The brown malts give the beer a caramel, light molasses and biscuity smell. The hops or yeast or a combination of both produce a flowery aroma, most like roses.

Taste is sweet malt and caramellic with light molasses and biscuit notes. Yeast profile is clean, but leaves a slight nutty taste. The hops are earthy and bitterness is medium. Body is medium, mouthfeel is sweet and little sticky. Drinkability is good.
