Full-flavored, richly satisfying. Dark brown with a light head that eventually dissipates. Nice maltiness - but not overly so - and a bit of smokiness on the nose. Creamy mouthfeel - very deep and enjoyable. Not at all boozy despite the 9%. Highly drinkable. This would pour well back in the old country.
