Taster at brewery. Pale straw colored pour with a thin white foamy head. Light bready aroma, malty. Clean malty flavor, light sweetness and a smooth feel.

Midnight Oil Brewing Co. "Neutrino"
16 fl. oz. can without production codes or freshness dating. Sampled on 12 January 2022
Notes: Although this beer was originally labeled as a blonde ale they're now calling it a Kölsch. The label reads "Kölsch", but it also says "Kölsch Style" which is a little more respectful of the appelation.
Look: Hazy gold body beneath a finger's width of white foam. Very good head retention and lacing.
Smell: Clean and fresh. Grainy, somewhat wheaty, and lightly sweetish malt with a smear of herbal hops.
Taste: The malt displays both grassy Pilsner malt and more grainy wheat along with some herbal and spicy hops. A moderate to median bitterness of around 23 IBUs balances it nicely and it finishes dry with some mild herbal and spicy hops lingering shortly.
Feel: Medium to medium-light in body and crisp with a slightly higher than standard carbonation level.
Overall: It's really nicely done. With the exception of the clarity it's right on for the style. Perfectly balanced and quite quaffable.
