Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 2/6/26. This batch is 4.5% ABV.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a clear body and a thin finger of frothy ivory foam atop.
Smell: moderately sweet malt with a rather dank and herbal hop aroma. It's perhaps just a little bit light, but it's actually pretty enticing.
Taste: like the aroma, it's moderately sweet, but the hops have a more grapefruit-peel character to them. The flavor's pretty decent, but there's a little bit of a sharp lemoniness to it that I don't entirely love.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a decent carbonation and an okay creaminess.
Overall: a pretty decent session IPA. It has the classic pitfalls of the style -- a bit thin, not quite as rich a flavor -- but still pretty decent.
