750ml capped bottle, brewed December 2015, bottled January 2017. Thanks to wyoming for the bottle!
Pours a clear red with an inch of foam that dissipates quickly. No lacing to speak of. Big grape wine sour nose. Oak barrel aging noticeable with a hint of funk. Grape and some vinegar sourness, oaky kinda funky taste. Could be some sour apple here as well. Just inside medium bodied territory, nice level of carbonation. Tasty sour.
