Tasted on tap at the brewery in January ‘23.
Straw color with great clarity, but no head. Sharp sour, horseblanket aroma. Assertive sour lemon flavors with funkiness in the finish. Thin to medium body; low carbonation. Light alcohol presence. Pleasant beer with a great aroma, but not a lot of depth of flavor.
