Tasted on tap at the brewery in January ‘23. Described on the beer list as, "Blend of 10% spontaneous fermentation golden sour brewed in Feb 2019, aged in Brandy barrel for 25 months."
Pale straw, brilliant clarity, white lacing and ring on glass. Delicate sour aromas with moderate barnyard character. Delicious, light flavors but firm sourness. Brandy barrels flavors are not apparent. Super thin body, light carbonation. Hops bitterness doesn’t assert, nor does the alcohol. Interesting and delicious.
