Really nice coffee aroma, orange hazy ipa like appearance with basically no head and little carbonation. Taste is subdued coffee, some tropical and earthy notes. smooth mouthfeel. Overall very pleasant and enjoyable, very drinkable. Nice find on tap at the Horseshoe in Morristown, NJ

I had this on draught at a pub in Mountainside, NJ. 13 oz. pour served in a tulip glass. It pours a hazy honey color with almost a full finger of foamy, bright white head and lacing. The head dissipated fairly quickly but a thin sheen of lacing remained. The nose was rather subdued with faint aromas of oats, coffee, and a whiff of chocolate. It has a pleasant taste of freshly brewed coffee, nuts, sweet malt, and a hint of chocolate. There is also a touch of burnt coffee at the finish but it's not bitter. In fact, there is almost no bitterness (only 19 IBU). This ale is relatively light in body and moderately carbonated, and it's very easy to drink with an ABV of only 4.5% Overall, this is a really nice, roasty Blonde Ale, flavorful without appearing to be adjunct-laden. It's ideal for casual drinking. I will order Lil' Cabin Coffee again the next time I see it on tap.
