330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub, Stavanger. ABV is 3.5%. Hazy and very pale greyish straw colour, small white head dies out instantly. Distinct aroma of lactic acid and citrus zest, hints of ginger and chili. Extremely sour flavour of lactic acid, citrus zest in the background, followed by a vehement burn of habanero chilies and ginger. Sweet Jebus - what a mess!

Bought at Borger Bottles.
Brewery unknown but "Berliner Weisse" and "actually brewed in Berlin" are all the sales talk I needed.
It's a variety of their "Irmgard" Weisse with ginger and habanero peppers. They promised something special!
Poured in my trusty "Seef" tumbler.
No head whatsoever.
Very pale yellow colour. No carbonation. Looks a bit like the desolved vitamin tablets I had as a young boy.
Odour is ginger all the way with a subtle hint of citrus.
Flavour is a clash of three worlds. This is Wagner in the grand finale. Lemon juice, ginger and tabasco collide and you are collateral damage. First the lemon juice comes up, theen the ginger subtly overtakes the lemon and ends in a genuinly spicy pepper flavour that lingers on.
Mouthfeel is fresh at first. White bread, flour and a bit tangy. Then the ginger is without compromise, but is quickly overruled by the evenly staightforward habanero peper.
Aftertaste is all spicy peper in the throat with lemon sour on the tongue. Ends in a earthy sensation.
It's... a nice experiment.
