Blended with Huisstekerij H.ertie U4 (3 year lambic blend) from 2018. It is named U4² because in 2019 the U4 bottles were emptied and re-blended, then re-filled.

Bottle from the brewery. Looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice small head. Dry sourish-woody aroma. Starts wonderful mild sourish, well balanced, light woody touch. Mild tartness. Fruity hints of lemon, mild apricot. Finish well balanced, soft-woody notes again. Really nice!
