Combining 5 hops together. Quite a experiment.
Appearance - Pours a cloudy yellow with three fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - citrus, tropical, earthy, floral, and leafy hops, citrus and orange peel, grapefruit peel, peach, papaya, apricot, mango, passionfruit, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - citrus, tropical, earthy, floral, and leafy hops upfront. The citrus and orange peel alongside the grapefruit peel come through next alongside the peach, papaya, apricot, mango, and passionfruit. The bready malts and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the hops and fruits lingering.
Overall - A highly sessionable IPA that delivers on the session element. It's a nice treat to see more offerings pop up here in Cowtown. Worth a try if you come across it.
