To end the summer we made a White IPA, a new Limited Edition brew which is a tasty crossover between a wheat beer and an IPA. The wheatmalts give the beer a lot of freshness, which iscomplemented by a full bitterness from the Chinook hops and a firm dryhop of Amarillo and a little bit of Chinook. To add to the freshness we also threw in a couple of limes and some dried orange peels. This makes the White IPA an incredibly full-flavored beer to end the summer with.
The White IPA is only available in bottles in our tasting room and several bars and liquor stores throughout the Netherlands.

This is an IPA brewed with wheat (=white) and dry hopped with Amarillo and Cascade.
White head dissipates fast. Body is almost colorless with just a hue of orange. Body is crystal clear but gets murky if sediment is poured
Aroma is mainly from fruity hops, orange, grapfruit and maybe a malt undertone
Not much of a taste rather a tickling feel that slowly gives way to piney, grapefruity bitterness
Lots of fine carbonation is felt which further lightens the already rather thin body, as the bitterness fades the mouth is very dry.
Nice bitter and refreshing with its fine carbonation. However, I think that the body is too light and dry for the bitterness and I wouldn't buy it again.
