Dry-hopped with Amarillo, Azacca, & Simcoe. Notes of orange peel, resinous pine, and fluffy wheat. Named after Mark Twain's nearby country estate.

A: The beer is very hazy pale yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down, leaving lots of specks of bubbles on the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of tangerine and pine are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of herbal hops with notes of oranges and hints of grapefruit and pine. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and slightly juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has an interesting combination of citrusy and herbal hops.
