Pours a hazy pale orange with a finger of rocky head that slowly settles to a thin cap with plenty of lacing. Aroma of pineapple and citrus. Taste follows nose.

Poured from a pint can into a fluted glass. Decent white head, two fingers deep, with excellent lacing. Strong hops aroma (3 West Coast varieties used: Simcoe, Centennial & Columbus, hence the name), with a bit of citrus. The first sip has some grapefruit flavor with a strong hops finish. Not a 'hop bomb' like the old West Coast IPAs, this one is more nuanced and less bitter.

A: The beer is hazy dark amber yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down a bit, leaving a short head covering the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of dank passionfruit are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of passionfruit and dank, herbal hops. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA isn't crisp or that bitter, but has an interesting contrast of passionfruit and herbal hops.
