Hop-forward Pilsner brewed in collaboration with Walrus Ale + Lager and bluegrass band Hitch & the Giddyup. Brewed with heirloom German Pils malt & assertively dry-hopped with a blend of noble hops (Saphir, Grungeist & Hallertau-Mittelfruh).

Pours a lightly hazy medium gold color with a decent sized frothy white head that slowly recedes. Pine and grapefruit with some earth and grass offset with bready maltiness. Not bad.
