A: crystal clear; straw colored; 1 finger finely pored white head that receded to a wispy cap; light lacing;

S: grass and leaves;

T: subtle flavor that follows the nose; moderate bitterness at the end;

M: light to medium bodied; light carbonation; dry finish; soft and smooth;

O: not a lot of flavor, but what was there was nice; lower carbonation than I expected;

Sampling a 16 oz can cold, poured into my .5L dimple mug. Picked up at the beer store yesterday, no best by date. Label says 100% solar powered brewery. Kudos!
the beer pours a bright champagne color from the can and settles into the glass with only slightly more golden color, and is ever so slightly cloudy. A fluffy bleached white head foams up about 4 cm and rests over the top edge of my glass. This foam fades to a cratered head of about .5 cm and leaves windowpane lattice as it recedes.
The aroma is crisp and has some light bready and doughy malts with a little lemon hit and some herbal tea spiciness. All are fairly mild on the nose and seem to blend together well.
the first sip reveals a crisp texture and fine tingly carbonation. The body is light and the beer drinks easy.
Flavor is similar to nose, I get a good amount of doughy malt, almost like a baked scone note. There is some white grape, which I often get in pilsners, its faint here, but I taste it. The hops come through with mild spiciness again, sort of like an herbal tea quality. ABV hidden as expected, and this can empties into my belly quickly.
Well made example of a sometimes finicky style. Worth a pickup if you are in CT and like pilsners.
