A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a narrow collar of beige bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of cacao nibs are present in the nose along with hints of dark chocolate.
T: The taste has lots of flavors of dark malts and chocolate along with sweet hints of cacao nibs.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very slick on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer isn't nearly as smooth and heavy on the mouthfeel for what I would expect for a 10% abv oatmeal stout, but in this respect the lighter body makes it a little easier to drink. It also hides any traces of alcohol very well from the taste.
