A: crystal clear; deep gold in color; 1 finger finely pored off white head that receded to a wispy cap light lacing;
S: a little malt, but mostly vegetal;
T: not much flavor up front; from the middle through the finish, it followed the nose; mild to moderate bitterness at the end;
M: light to medium bodied; light to moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;
O: the aroma and flavor weren't great;

Sampling this 16 oz can at just below cellar temp and pouring into my .5L dimple mug.
No date stamp on the can.
the beer pours a clear amber to copper color with fizzy eggshell white head foaming up about 2.5 cm and fading slowly to a sturdy edge layer. I do get some scattered lattice as I swirl the glass.
Aroma is some toasted grain and wheat bread with a bit of a nutty malt note. I also get some grassy and floral hop quality. Pretty balanced nose and seems solid for the style.
First sip reveals a lighter body and crisp texture. Beer drinks very easy. Carbonation is fine and a little tingly.
Flavor is some light caramel and toasted wheat bread and then rolls to a bit of lemon note and finishes with some floral and bitey hops. The finish also dries out quite a bit. there is a bit of astringency that lingers after each swallow too.
IN general a very drinkable brew with a good malt/hop balance. glad to have tried this one from a solid CT Brewery!
