Wow, I had this beer at a nice restaurant in Taipei because you feel pressure to and I like tripels. I assumed it was tripel because the name said "tripple", and I figured hoppy was "hoppy tripel" and not "triple ipa". I was right and very happy! It taste like a very earthy, farmhouse Belgian with hops that come on later but don't overwhelm. The best beer I had in Taiwan and one of the best I've had in a long time. Very happy, hope to see them around more.

On tap in Les Fleurs du Malt, Lyon.
This tripel lacks of roundness, it's almost too hoppy with a big bitterness. The hops go against the malts. Could be better
