Swan Lake Beer

Fermented with Koshihikari rice flour, aged hops, and Philly sour yeast, aged for one year in a whiskey barrel at Niigata Kameda Distillery. Brewing an original beer with the theme of "Funky". It also has a distinctive aroma of whiskey barrel, the acidity of Philly sour yeast, and a dry taste consisting of Koshihikari rice flour. It is a collaboration beer with them who are "Funky" who create beer with such an interesting taste.
