Pours a hazy very pale yellow without any head.
Low smell. Hints of passionfruit.
High level of acidity, very high. The lactic fermentation was strong with this one. Hard to tell any flavour with that but you can guess the passion fruit and some citric notes.
Overall an enjoyable brew but could be more enjoyable with more balance

A 330ml bottle with a best before date of 8th September 2018. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass.
Appearance: A lightly hazy straw yellow colour with a half finger white head that quickly dissipated to nothing and left no lacing.
Aroma: Passionfruit, wheat, bready dough and a touch of lemon.
Taste: Tart, sour, passionfruit with hints of lemon, mango and wheat on the finish.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with high carbonation.
Overall: Light, refreshing and easy to drink.

Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma has lactic notes, a bit of sulfur and salt, quite mineral overall with some passionfruit on top. Taste starts quite tart and acidic, follows with sour passionfruit and some wheat malt in the background. Light, effervescent mouthfeel. Overall it's a more traditional take on a berliner but with the extra layer of passionfruit flavor.
