Brewed on 11/20/17 (we are on 12/15/2017)
It pours a slightly hazy golden with a huge white head. Some particles floating around
Honey, mango , biscuit, elderflower, peach, strawberry, lime.
Follow the smell plus a certain sweetness.
The mouthfeel of the beer might be its best attributes, the juicy to oily hop feeling is enhanced by the oat and wheat which bring a classy velvet presence.
Inspired by NE IPA, Popihn offers a not really hazy IPA which have nothing to envy to the best European brewery in the genre (yes I'm looking at you Cloudwater)
