L - Clear golden body huge white head
S - very citrusy, melon, mango, honey,
T - very balanced with a lot of citrus and unriped tropical fruit. A bit herbal, a bit mineral. Slighty resinous. Just hints of sweetness. Moderate bitterness but great flavour profil
M - juicy as hell
O - This guys are really getting serious. This more hopped than 99% of Ipas brewed in France but still goes perfectly in style. Even at 6.6% it has a incredible drinkability. I could have this one as a go-to. It reminds me of stuff from Toppling Goliath or Pipeworks.
Keep it going guys!
