A 330ml bottle with a best before date of 12th September 2018. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass.
Appearance: A hazy golden orange colour with a big three finger white head that had good retention and left lots of nice lacing.
Aroma: Pineapple, candied citrus zest, mandarin, pine and lightly floral.
Taste: Lightly bitter, grapefruit, lime, pine, grass and sweet malt.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: This was ok. I especially loved the aroma with that clear sweet pineapple coming through, and wished it translated into the taste as well, but instead the lime surprised me a bit and just didn’t quite match the aroma.

L - Clear golden colour with a small head.
S - candied citrus, pine needles, orange blossom, elderflower, caramelized malt
T - nice balance with wheat notes, citrus and flowers. Quite fine. Light pine bitterness
M - Fine carbonation, smooth
O - Maybe their best one to date. Nice to see a DDH ipa which is not a hazy one
