Jet black with no foam. Smells of nesquik, toasted coconut and roasted malt. Taste has two phases, the first is a shellack of sickly sweet coconut and milk chocolate, second is ashy malt with thin watery finish. Just didn't feel congealed to each other.

What about flat beers? Second time in a row I try a French imperial stout which is almost completely flat. No head, no carbonation. The roasted coconut and cacao nibs are very present in both smell and taste but you've got to show a bit of respect to the beer. Not their best work

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
