Copenhagen 11/10 2019. 33 cl bottle from Voldby Købmandsgaard (Web-shop). Obscure Black and White label counting up from zero to 17.
Pours murky, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin, patchy, flimsy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Very moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense, sweetly fermented fruit and lighter citric notes. Peach, Mango, Papaya. Rotting Apples. Decay and Fermentation. Citrus and Grape fruit in the background.
Medium carbonation. Medium thick, Soft, Smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor has a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter sweet. Lingering. Semi-dry finish.
Powerful DIPA with a healthy amount of flavor and intensity.

En cena, con san jacobo + warstwood. Viendo Mr Robot 1x02. De 3ertiempocervezas. Zumazo, con notas tropicales mezcladas con herbales y resina y un fondo de dulce malta muy bien conseguido. Suave en boca
