Copenhagen 26/6 2020. 44 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. What looks like mayan statues done over with graffiti on the can.
Pours golden orange with a medium-sized white head. Extremely bubbly. Disappears after 10 seconds leaving a multi-fruit juice behind. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a strong fruity sweetness and tart lemonade-like notes. Sweet passion fruit and mango. Quite overwhelming and on the verge of being too much. Lighter citrus, orange and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a medium strong tart sourness. Lingers shortly. Semi-dry finish.
An overwhelming fruit basket in the nose but a more thin experience when it comes to flavor.

Not really sour but a bit tart, fruity alright. Also it's not really usual in a Berliner Weisse nor a Florida Weisse but there is a distinctive yeast estery character with notes of bananas whick contributes to the tropical character of the beer.
