44 cl can poured into a proper pint glass, in Toulouse, France.
Foams up but loses its luster rather fast. Sketchy down, little laces.
Nose is OK, there’s good hops in there, but the Azacca doesn’t pop. I get papaya and mango, grapefruit and some lemon zest.
Taste is a bit funky, the Citra comes in late, El Dorado is lost in the mix. Slight bitter on the short finish.
Mouth is medium, so is the carbonation.
Overall, maybe I’m getting this DIPA later than fresh, but the hops don’t ring bells like other Popihn IPAs do.
