33 cL can poured into a pilsner flute, in Toulouse, France. Canned 02/20/24, making it 45 days to this lip.
Niiiiice puffy head - full of tropical aroma - jumps right up, over an orangeish hazy boy brew.
Pineapple, orange zest, lime zest, pine cone on the nose.
Taste follows this trip through the tropics with mouth watering, almost tart, juiciness, a tickle of pot tincture, well hidden (yet present) alcohol.
Mouthfeel is full and well rounded, the carbonation prickly and on point.
Overall, Brasserie Popihn is known for their adaptations of American-style IPAs and DIPAs. This is a fine, very crushable, well made beer.
