Copenhagen 13/8 2025. 44 cl can from Drik Beer web-shop. A field with a strong sun hovering on the can.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stble and fluffy. Settles ax a 1 cm thick blanket of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruits soon overpowered by a scent of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lemon. Hint of tart berries.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, lively and gently tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric. A little bit thin. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Fine nose but a little thin in flavor.
