Unfiltered Double IPA Loaded with Citra, Galaxy, Motueka, and El Dorado Hops.
Everything that could go wrong, did with this beer. Between our contractors reversing the polarity on our mill (grain didn't mill!), boiler shutting off while mashing in, stuck sparges and completely killing all of our head brewer's patience, this beer had a ton of mistakes during its process. But, we didn't let that stop us. We honestly have no clue what's in this beer, but it tastes good!
