poured from a 16oz can.
appearance: nice hazy golden color, 2 finger fluffy white head. excellent lacing as the drink progresses with an excellent white cap.
smell: grassy, wheaty. a little bit floral with hints of biscuit shining through.
taste: initial taste is floral and fairly sweet, and also pretty malty. as it sits it grows more bitter and zesty, with the malt taking a backseat, although the malt is still noticeable and delicious. the aftertaste is very grassy and retains most of the flavors of the original taste, although much weaker.
feel: just enough carbonation. this beer has enough body that you need to slow down a little while drinking, although it can still be very refreshing on a hot day (it's a great pool beer!)
overall: an excellent pilsner. it's hoppier than other pilsners that i've had, but it's quite tasty and just generally a good beer. i'd recommend this to anyone who likes a nice flavorful lager.
